Class A and B drugs were seized after police patrols stopped a car on the M25.
Three people were arrested after a vehicle was seen driving suspiciously near Sevenoaks.
Officers stopped the car around 8pm on Sunday, close to junction 5 on the clockwise carriageway.
A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of drugs, which are being forensically analysed.
Two men, aged 33 and 25 from Sittingbourne, and a 24-year-old man from Sheerness were arrested on suspicion of possession of class A and B drugs with intent to supply.
They have been released pending further investigation.
