Spicers of Hythe hamper company donated a special hamper to Last Chance Animal Rescue in Edenbridge

A hamper specialist has paid a visit to its chosen Christmas charity for 2014.

Last Chance Animal Rescue provides medical care, food and shelter for a large number of unfortunate animals that are rescued from horrific conditions around the county.

Special elves from hamper company Spicers of Hythe surprised staff at the Edenbridge-based charity with a special festive hamper containing treats for all the animals.

The company also made a £100 cash donation to go towards the development of a new rescue centre in Romney Marsh.

Ian Spicer, managing director of Spicers of Hythe said: We all endorse and support the amazing work carried out by the dedicated team at Last Chance Animal Rescue and wish them all a very Happy Christmas and good luck with the fantastic new project in Romney Marsh, we look forward to keeping in touch.”
