The M26 has reopened following a crash involving a car and lorry which closed the coast bound carriageway.
Police were called at 12.56am between the M25 Junction 5 near Sevenoaks and Junction 2a for the A20 London Road at Wrotham.
It is believed the lorry crossed over onto the London bound carriageway, which had lane two blocked until about 4.30am.
Highways England said the crash resulted in a large diesel spillage on the motorway as well as debris.
Emergency services including Kent Police were in attendance and traffic was diverted via local routes.
One driver was treated for minor injuries.
The road fully reopened at about 5.30am.
