Man charged with indecent exposure near Otford High Street

A man has been charged after a series of reports of flashing in Otford.
Officers have been investigating three separate incidents between 2 and June 11, which are reported to have taken place in Pickmoss Lane near the high street.
On one occasion a woman reported a man hiding in bushes who she said tried to touch her.
Iskren Ganchev, of London Road, Halstead was arrested on Sunday.
The 35-year-old was charged with two counts of indecent exposure and a further count of outraging public decency.
He was remanded to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court today.
