Two men and a woman arrested on suspicion of murdering a Sevenoaks man have been released without charge.
Russell Jarrett was found with serious head injuries at his Otford home in February. The 53-year-old, of Twitton Meadow, died in hospital later that month.
Two men aged 22 and 25 from Swanley and a 20-year-old woman from Orpington were arrested on suspicion of murder in March.
Their bail was extended in May, but the trio have now been released without charge.
Mr Jarrett was last seen outside his home in the early hours of February, 12 after drinking at The Crown Pub in Otford High Street the night before.
Later that day ambulance crews were called to his house and found him suffering from severe head injuries.
Mr Jarrett was taken to King’s College Hospital in London but died on the morning of Saturday, February 21.
Following a post-mortem examination police were treating the death as suspicious, but a Kent Police spokesman has now said the matter has been passed to the coroner.
