Delays remain on the M25 after a multi-vehicle crash brought traffic to a standstill.

One lane is blocked while another has reopened following the crash, which was reported to police just before 1pm.

The crash happened just before Clacket Lane services on the clockwise carriageway between junction five for Sevenoaks and six for East Grinstead.

Highways England is warning drivers to take care on the approach and expect delays of up to 40 minutes.

Kent Police confirmed officers are at the scene along with South East Coast Ambulance Service paramedics.
