Poundland opens in Sevenoaks High Street

Shoppers in Sevenoaks now have an extra place to search for bargains.
Poundland opened its new branch on the High Street earlier this month, surprising many residents who feel the town is more suited to an upmarket alternative.
The branch will be the first in the area and is one of 60 new stores to open across the country this year.
A spokesman said: "Poundland offers an irresistible shopping experience where shoppers are guaranteed to find thousands of quality products in each store."
It sells a range of items including food, drink, stationary and toys.
Last year, shoppers in Tunbridge Wells were devastated when a new Poundland opened in the town. Residents had hoped Waitrose would be moving into the classy town.
What do you think? Is Sevenoaks the right place for Poundland?
