Dozens of unhappy commuters have had their journeys disrupted because of signalling problems this evening.
Southeaster passengers on services between London and Hastings are experiencing severe delays as a result of technical problems at Tonbridge.
Trains towards London are unaffected by this incident, but services between Sevenoaks and Hastings have been delayed, altered or cancelled.
There is no firm estimate yet of how long disruption will last.
Earlier this evening a Southeastern spokesman said the issue would be fixed by 9.30pm, however, it is now likely to continue until at least 11.15pm.
Dozens of commuters have taken to social media to express their frustration.
Trains towards Tunbridge Wells and Paddock Wood are not able to pass through Tonbridge until the problem is fixed.
