Police are monitoring an "unauthorised encampment" of vehicles at a train station car park.
Kent Police and British Transport Police officers are both aware of up to eight vehicles based at lower car park of Sevenoaks Railway Station.
No criminal offences have been reported.
A Southeastern spokeperson confirmed it was in the process of getting a court order to serve on the trespassers.
Once served, they will have a limited amount of time to leave the car park.
