Kent Police road team find injured owl on the M26 near Sevenoaks on Surrey-bound carriageway

Everything is going to be owl-right for one lucky bird found on the M26 this evening.
A wounded owl was discovered on the Surrey-bound carriageway near Sevenoaks by a Kent Police roads team.
It had reportedly been hit by a vehicle.
Officers pulled over, placed the animal carefully in a box before transporting it to a nearby vets where it is believed to be recovering well.
