The manager of an Isthmian South East side has left the club.
Mark Dacey departs Sevenoaks Town due to personal reasons after they finished 10th during the 2023/24 season.
Dacey took the helm after Harry Hudson resigned at Greatness Park last November.
In Sunday’s club statement, chairman Paul Lansdale said: “I’m extremely sad to announce that Mark has resigned as men’s first-team manager.
“We are privileged to have worked with him - he has worked so hard as both manager and assistant manager over the course of the last two years and has always put the club first.”
“I’d be lying if I said this decision didn’t cut deep,” Dacey posted on social media.
“Thank you to the wider community of the club, all the players over the two+ years, the board and, of course, the backroom staff - past and present - (and) to the Lansdale family, especially Paul, for trusting me.
“Forever a fan.”
All prospective applicants should email office@sevenoakstownfc.co.uk by 6pm on Wednesday.
