Oasis Academy Isle of Sheppey will be open as usual from tomorrow after final health and safety checks were signed off.
Both the Minster and Sheerness sites of the school were forced to close for the first two days of term yesterday and today.
This was after concerns regarding cabling and the fire alarm and sprinkler systems were raised late on Monday night.
Extensive works have been taking place over the summer holidays to install walls and subdivisions in the school's former open plan classrooms.
Safety checks have all been passed to enable students to return for the rescheduled first day of school tomorrow.
Decoration work still needs to be finished but this will be carried out at weekends and evenings.
