Four people on a 27-feet blue and white fishing boat had to be rescued when its engine seized and they became stranded in The Swale off Harty Ferry on Sunday afternoon.
The RNLI’s Atlantic 85 lifeboat Lewisco was launched from Whitstable at 4.15pm. The crew towed the anglers to a safe mooring at the Kingsferry Bridge.
