People at a residential home will be able to enjoy moments of peace and tranquillity thanks to the efforts of a fund-raising relative.
Ann Arthur, whose husband lives at Barton Court Residential Home, in Minster, raised just over £130, which will be put towards a sensory/ activity room.
The room will have soft lights and music and be set aside as a place to go and relax. It will also be used as an activity room and kitchen.
Phil Charles, activities co-ordinator, said: "The room will be multiple purpose but will be perfect for the residents to chill out and relax."
