Body found on beach in Warden Bay

A body has been discovered on a beach.
Police, paramedics, firefighters and coastguard were called to Warden Bay on Sheppey at 5.05am on Saturday, where it was confirmed the person was dead.
A police spokesman said no further information would be available until next of kin had been informed.
They added an investigation is underway to confirm the person's identity and the death is being treated as unexplained.
Fire service and coastguard spokespeople only confirmed they were called.
The South East Coast Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
