Boots in Sheerness High Street taped off by police

A town centre Boots was cordoned off by police following an attempted break-in.
Officers were called to the scene in Sheerness High Street at about 1.50pm yesterday, where they were photographed standing guard outside the retailer.
They confirmed no one had gained entry into the building and that nothing had been stolen during the attempted burglary.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
