Mystery person leaves note in dog poo, calling on owners to pick up after their pets in Sheerness

A disgruntled Islander made their feelings clear about dog owners not clearing up after their pets.
An anonymous walker left a note attached to a stick on a pile of dog mess on the path next to the sea wall, near Sheppey Leisure Complex.
It read: "Lazey (sic) morons, if you drop litter, or don't clean up after your dog, you can be fined up to £80."
A picture of it was snapped by Sheerness resident Paula Fagg, who cleaned up the offending dog mess, as well as the note inserted into it.
She said: "It is an amusing message. But it was also a bit strange. Do they carry a pen and a piece of paper to do this wherever they go?
"Most people do clean up after their dogs and it's really a minority that don't, which is a shame."
