Police are hunting a driver who reportedly left the scene after crashing into a row of parked cars.
The Ford Fiesta struck fences and stationary vehicles outside a house in Minster Road, Minster, on the Isle of Sheppey, on April 19 at around 10.19pm.
The car had been travelling from the junction with Halfway Road towards Broadway.
Those in the car had left on foot before police arrived.
Witnesses who have not yet spoken to police are being asked to contact the appeal line on 01795 419119, quoting reference 46/66102/24.
You can also contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111, or by using the online form on their website.
Officers would particularly like to trace the driver of a car that had been travelling close to the Fiesta and in the same direction, immediately before the collision.
Residents with private CCTV and motorists with dashcam are also asked to check for relevant footage.
