A 38-year-old man has been arrested after a 31-mile police chase following a disturbance at a pub.
Stingers were deployed to stop a van after attempts to evade officers led to the lengthy pursuit.
Police were called at around 9.30pm on Thursday (August 22), after damage was allegedly caused at a pub in Leysdown Road, Leysdown.
A man left in a van and officers found the vehicle before requesting the driver to stop.
However, the driver continued for more than 30 miles pursued by patrols that were assisted by a helicopter.
A stinger device was deployed on the A2 near Brenley Corner in Faversham and a specialist road traffic team surrounded the vehicle.

He was bailed until Thursday, November 21 while the investigation continues.
