People in Swale are being told they could expect problems with their EE network as the company undertakes "essential improvements" on its masts.
Three masts in Milton Regis, Sittingbourne, are being upgraded by the mobile network who don't know when work will be finished.
A text sent out to customers in the area yesterday said: "We're making some essential improvements to our network in Swale which might affect your service over the next few days.
"We'll work as quickly as we can. If you do experience any disruption make sure you enable WiFi calling on your phone so you can still make calls and send text messages."
A spokesman for EE added: “We’re aware that service for some customers in the Swale area of Kent is currently affected following planned upgrade works on three local masts.
"Engineers are currently on site resolving this as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
