There are no trains running between Sheerness and Sittingbourne this weekend because of engineering works.
A bus replacement service is in operation but cannot call at Swale Halt because of work on a burst water main at Kingsferry Bridge.
Southeastern said: "Engineering work is taking place between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea, closing some lines on Saturday and Sunday.
"As a result, buses will replace trains all weekend between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea."
It has also issued its own weather warning for extreme heat for Monday and Tuesday with speed restrictions in place across the network.
A spokesman said: "Services may be disrupted. You should only travel if necessary."
It also warned of packed trains heading towards the coast.
It said: "With hot weather expected over the next few days, trains towards the coast can be busy between 10.30am and 1.30pm and returning between 4pm and 7pm."
