Ex-EastEnder draws the crowds

ACTOR Martin Kemp has been in Sheerness filming in two locations for a new TV series.
One scene was filmed in Sheerness docks and the other in Alexandra Road.
His appearances drew knots of spectators, with whom he chatted. The cameras were rolling for a six-week series on ITV, starting in January.
George Lane, avid photographer of life on Sheppey, spotted the TV cameras and spoke to the programme makers.
He said: "They told me they had chosen the Sheerness locations as they wanted settings resembling the East End of London."
