People living in coastal areas are being warned to be prepared for flooding.
The Environment Agency has put a Flood Alert in place for the Isle of Sheppey and the coast from Kemsley to Seasalter due to the high tide.
It will come into force from 10pm tonight until 2am tomorrow as the highest tide level is expected to be at 12.45am.
A spokesman said: "We are closely monitoring the situation.
"Our incident response staff are operating our structures and are prepared to respond if required.
"Please be careful along beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths and roads as large waves and sea spray could be dangerous.
"We are expecting higher than normal tides over the next three days and may be issuing further messages during this time."
