Sheerness High Street shut by emergency services after concern for man

A high street was shut for almost two hours following reports of concern for a man.
Emergency services shut Sheerness High Street this morning following the report.
Police, paramedics and the fire service were called to the scene shortly before 9am.
The road remained shut until about 10.40am.
A police spokesperson confirmed they were called at 8.50am following a report of concern for a man.
"Officers attended the scene and he was passed to the care of healthcare professionals," they added.
