Hundreds of people are expected to flock to the eastern end of the Island this weekend for the Leysdown-on-Sea Summer Carnival.
The Disney-themed event starts at noon tomorrow (Saturday) with a selection of stalls and games on the Plaza.
Buzz Lightyear has been helping to publicise the event, with a giant figure at Harty Garden Centre in Leysdown Road to welcome people.
Buzz has been joined by the rest of his fellow Toy Story characters in the form of a mural by artist Karen Dixon, of Seaview Holiday Park in Warden.
More than 20 floats will be taking part in the parade, which starts at 3pm.
Winners of the float competition will be presented with their certificates at 6pm by the Mayor of Swale, Cllr Ben Stokes, and there will then be a party on the Spinney, hosted by BRFM.
A free firework display, organised by traders in the village, will end festivities on the beach at 9.45pm.
