Paris Brown and Ann Barnes address the press conference today
Kent's youth tsar has quit ... just six days after her appointment was announced.
Paris Brown, 17, faced mounting pressure to resign after posting potentially offensive tweets.
She appeared at a press conference this afternoon, together with police commissioner Ann Barnes to make the statement.
Speaking to the packed Maidstone meeting, Mrs Barnes said it was a "sad day", and it "would have been impossible to find someone who had not made a foolish comment on social media."
