Police continue hunt for killer

MURDER squad detectives on Sheppey are continuing to search for the killer of a 24-year-old man who died in hospital after being attacked in the street.
The young man died in the early hours of Christmas Eve. The attacked happened on Sunday night.
The victim treated by paramedics, then taken to the Medway Maritime Hospital, but never regained consciousness, and was pronounced dead at 5.30am on Christmas eve .
The spot where he was found is close to a Chinese takeaway and a pub, and detectives say they're particularly looking for a bare-chested man seen running away from the scene.
