One of Sheppey's busiest roundabouts is due to be closed for seven nights.
The central island, next to Aldi's distribution centre, will be shut off from 8pm until 6am each night, starting tonight.
Until Sunday, engineers will work to resurface and urgently put white lines on the surrounding road.
Two diversion routes will be in place during the closure.
Drivers will be diverted either by the old Sheppey Way or the dedicated slip road on the A249, heading past Neats Court towards Sheerness.
The Cowstead Corner roundabout and Lower Road will remain open.
