There wasn’t a reindeer or sleigh in sight as Christmas presents were delivered to care homes across the Island.
About 30 riders from the Associated Sheppey Bikers played Santa, setting-off from Layzell’s in Minster Broadway.
They took 120 selection boxes to centres in Minster, Sheerness and Leysdown.
The motorcyclists, who wore fancy dress for Sunday’s special courier service, first hit the road for the annual gift-run in 1997.
They also carry out their caring duty at Easter, with presents being bought through fundraisers and help from Sheppey businesses.
Biker Cathy Ashby-Clark, 34, who dressed as Disney’s Mrs Incredible character for the weekend’s prezzie-giving, said: “It’s nice to bring a bit of good cheer to the people of Sheppey.”
