A shop has been unable to serve customers after shutters failed to go up.
Savers in High Street, Sheerness, remained closed due to the problem this morning meaning customers could not get in.
A sign said the branch was shut due to unforeseen circumstances.
Manager Darren Tremain said: "The shutters have jammed so we can't get them up to open.
"We reported the problem and we put a notice out to apologise for any inconvenience it caused.
"We're working as hard as we can to get it sorted."
It is expected to reopen later today once an engineer has been to look at it.
