Star inspires Gracie's generosity

A schoolgirl will be donating her long locks to charity.
Gracie Honeysett is having her hair cut for The Little Princess Trust, which provides wigs to boys and girls who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment.
The eight-year-old was spurred on when she saw chart-topping superstar Jessie J have her head shaved for Comic Relief – although the Halfway Houses Primary pupil will only have about 12 inches chopped off.
Gracie, whose hair falls down below her waist, is being sponsored and has raised more than £300 so far. The money will also be going to the charity.
Mum Jo Sharkie said: “She is quite looking forward to having it cut because it is getting so long now that she can’t really keep it down at school.”
On April 22, a hairdresser will come into the school during the morning assembly to cut Gracie’s hair.
