Police find plants believed to be cannabis at home in Jefferson Road, Sheerness

Police remain at a home where a number of plants suspected of being cannabis have been found just yards from a primary school.
Officers were called to an address in Jefferson Road, Sheerness, this morning where they say a number of the suspect plants were discovered.
They remain at the scene and inquiries are ongoing. As yet there have been no arrests.
The find was made after police received information of possible illegal plants being grown.
Police were seen entering a property round the corner from the Unity Street entrance to Richmond, a Lilac Sky Academy.
