Truck arson youths given warnings

THREE children who were arrested in connection with an arson have each been given final warnings.
The youngsters aged 10, 12 and 13 are all from Sheerness and were arrested after the incident happened on Monday June 16, at a lorry yard in Brielle Way, Sheerness.
A cabin on the rear of an HGV trailer had been set alight and was completely destroyed by the blaze.
They were given final warnings for the offence of arson after five hours of questioning by police.
This means that if they re offend they will be prosecuted.
