Make sure you have your say in the Sheppey Central by-election for Swale council later this month.
The candidates are Tory Tina Booth, of Church Road, Eastchurch; Labour’s Alan Henley, of Kent Avenue, Minster; Ukip’s David Jones, of Marine Parade, Sheerness; and “Mad” Mike Young, of Parsonage Chase, Minster, for the Monster Raving Looney Party.
The vote will take place on Thursday, October 16, and around 7,000 constituents are eligible to cast a ballot.
There will be four polling stations open, two at Thistle Hill Community Centre, Thistle Hill Way, Minster – where the count will also take place – one at Eastchurch village hall, Warden Road, Eastchurch, and one at Minster Library, Minster Road, Minster.
The by-election was called following the death of former Swale mayor and Conservative councillor John Morris in May.
