Woman treated after hit-and-run crash in Sheerness

A woman is being treated by paramedics after a hit-and-run crash.
Police were called to Marine Parade in Sheerness shortly before 4pm after the collision between two vehicles.
While one person is being treated at the scene, the driver of the other vehicle left the scene before officers arrives.
Efforts are being made to find them.
