Appeal after mobile phones robbery

POLICE are appealing for information following a robbery in Waterloo Road, Sittingbourne, early today.
It is alleged that a 19-year-old man was walking with a friend when two males approached him.
One of the males assaulted the 19-year-old and demanded mobile phones. Both the 19-year-old and his friend handed over their phones.
One of the thugs is is described as being white, aged between 17 and 18, around 5ft 6in tall, fat with short, dark brown hair. He wore a dark sports zip up jacket.
He was accompanied by another male, described as being white, aged between 17 and 18, around 5ft 10in tall of thin build with dark brown hair.
The incident happened between 2.35am and 2.45am this morning.
