Police arrest two Sittingbourne men after trouble in the town's Chalkwell Road

Police arrested two men on suspicion of assault and causing criminal damage in Sittingbourne yesterday.
Officers were called to Chalkwell Road at 9.05pm following reports a window had been smashed and two people had been assaulted.
A 21-year-old and a 22-year-old, both from the Sittingbourne area, were detained.
A police spokesman said the older man was released without charge while the other remained in custody today.
