Murston burglar due to be sentenced after admitting taking mobile phone from home in Fallowfield, Sittingbourne

A burglar who stole a mobile phone and was then caught returning it is due to be sentenced.
Christopher Bygraves took the device from a home in Fallowfield, Sittingbourne, on the afternoon of Friday, June 19.
The victim was indoors at the time and saw the 40-year-old leave through a patio door.
Shortly after, he returned the phone by throwing it through the open door and leaving.
Police attended and arrested Bygraves on suspicion of burglary.
The resident of Fern Walk, Murston, was charged and pleaded guilty to the offence at Medway Magistrates' Court on Monday.
He was remanded in custody and will be sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court at a date yet to be agreed.
