The emergency services were called after a car fell from a trailer on the A249 near Sittingbourne.
Ambulance crews were sent to the Sheppey-bound carriageway, between the A2 at Key Street and Grovehurst roundabout, at about 3.30pm today.
Fire crews were sent and Sittingbourne Fire Station watch manager Neil Ryder said: "It was a car being transported by a van on the back of a trailer.
"It came off, toppled over onto its roof. No other vehicles were involved and no one was injured."
