The organisers of the Sittingbourne Carnival have launched a desperate appeal for help after a float was vandalised.
The association in charge of organising it said on its Facebook page everything was taken from it, including all the decorations and three chairs.
The team is now looking for donations of decorations and chairs for the court to sit on ahead of the procession on Saturday afternoon.
The floats are planned to meet at Milton Rec at 1pm ready to set off at 3pm.
They will head along Vicarage Road, Milton High Street, Crown Road, Chalkwell Road, the A2 London Road, West Street, Sittingbourne High Street and East Street, where the parade will disperse.
Volunteers have pledged to donate what they have, including offers of dining chairs, paint and curtains.
The post said: "Our girls are devastated and were so looking forward to riding on the very pretty float that had been designed for this year."
The damage was discovered on Saturday.
Anyone who can help can call chairman Pam Griggs on 01795 475773.
