Police helicopter helps search after cash-in-transit van robbed in Grove Park, Sittingbourne,

A police helicopter has been scrambled in the search for thieves who reportedly stole from a cash-in-transit van.
Officers were called at 8.31am to reports of a robbery from the vehicle in the Grove Park area of Sittingbourne.
It was reported an, as yet unknown, amount of money was taken.
No injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made.
Police remain at the scene and the National Police Air Service are providing assistance.
An officer with a sniffer dog was seen in parts of the Archers Park estate along the path bordering the rail track up towards Simpsons Crossing.
Inquiries are ongoing.
