Driver killed and passenger injured in Teynham horror crash

One person is dead and another has suffered life-changing injuries in a horror crash.
The accident happened at 10.47am on Friday when a Toyota Starlet and an orange Vauxhall Mokka crashed in Lower Road, Teynham.
The Vauxhall was driving towards Sittingbourne from Deerton Street when it was involved in the collision with the Toyota.
The driver of the Toyota, a man in his twenties, was declared dead at the scene and the next of kin have been informed.
A second man, who was the passenger in the car, was taken to a local hospital to be treated for injuries described as life changing.
The driver of the Vauxhall car was taken to a London hospital via air ambulance to be treated for injuries not believed to be life-changing.
