Driver allegedly smashed mum’s wing mirror and threatened to kill her in Eurolink Way, Sittingbourne

A motorist is said to have threatened to kill a mum before smashing her car’s wing mirror while the pair were sat at traffic lights.

The woman, who was driving with her child, came to a stop in Eurolink Way, Sittingbourne, where she said she saw the driver of a black Seat Ibiza acting in an aggressive manner.

It is alleged that, as she waited at the junction with Milton Road and The Wall, a man got out of his car and attempted to open her door before he punched a window.

The suspect, who was wearing a thick silver chain covered in diamonds and stones and large gold rings, is then said to have made threats to kill her before smashing the wing mirror.

The man, who is described as white, in his 20s, and around 6ft with blond, curly hair, is only thought to have left when a woman he was travelling with intervened

The victim was heading towards Sittingbourne Retail Park when the incident happened at around 6pm last Thursday (November 30).

Witnesses are now being sought by police officers and anyone with information that may assist is asked to contact the force on 01795 419119, quoting reference 46/212191/23.
