Electrical fault sparks bedroom fire in Jade Close, Sittingbourne

Firefighters tackled a blaze in a bedroom believed to have been caused by an electrical fault.
Three fire engines were sent to the property in Jade Close, Sittingbourne.
They were called at 2.08pm yesterday after the people living in the house were alerted by their smoke alarms
A fire service spokesman said it was thought the fire started accidentally due to an electrical fault.
No one was said to have been hurt.
Crews left at 3.04pm.
