Fire at commercial premises in Hawthorn Road, Sittingbourne

Firefighters are at the scene following reports of a blaze at a commercial premises.
Four engines were sent to the address in Hawthorn Road, Sittingbourne, at 8.52am.
Crews worked to extinguish the fire and one engine remains in attendance.
No injuries have been reported and the cause is not yet known.
The incident has caused severe traffic problems throughout the town centre.
Part of the A2 London Road was closed for a short time while firefighters worked at the scene but has since been reopened.
