Boy taken to hospital after gang attack at park in Milton Regis, Sittingbourne

A boy was taken to hospital after being attacked by a gang of 11 young people at a park.
The 15-year-old victim was at Milton Recreation Ground in Milton Regis, Sittingbourne, when he was assaulted between 7.30pm and 8pm on Monday, November 30.
Police are now appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after the youngster needed treatment at hospital for facial injuries.
It is thought the boy was assaulted by up to 11 young people.
Police spokesman James Walker said: "Officers have carried out numerous inquiries since the incident, including checking for CCTV, speaking with potential witnesses and completing house to house checks.
"A 16-year-old boy from Sittingbourne has also been interviewed, non-custodially, in connection with the incident.
"Officers believe there are witnesses who will have additional information, or CCTV that covers the surrounding area, and would like to hear from them."
