Coffee giant Costa has announced it is opening its first branch in Sittingbourne on Wednesday, August 3 and it might not be its last.
The international chain is moving into The Forum, in what was previously Blockbuster.
A spokesman said the company was creating about eight jobs and would make the store available as a meeting place and to help with fundraising.
And she hinted the firm was considering other parts of the town, adding: “We are currently evaluating further opportunities in the Sittingbourne area, but have no confirmed plans in place at this stage.”
