These are the top three homes in Kent that people have looked at the most on the property website Zoopla over the past month.

And, while you might expect the list to be filled with only the most lavish of properties, that we can only dream of buying, a couple may come as a surprise.

A house in Sittingbourne – which looks like any other detached property from the outside, but inside is like stepping back in time – is officially the most popular in the county, having had more than 5,510 page views in the past 30 days.

The vintage-styled home, in Canterbury Road, is on the market for £325,000.

It has four bedrooms, a large – but empty – swimming pool and interior design that's reminiscent of the 1970s including a lime green lounge and dining area, and flamboyant floor and ceiling tiles throughout.

Estate agents Quealy & Co said it was delighted to present to the market this "unique family home", which was "in need of modernisation."

And, finally, the third most viewed property for the month is a traditional country pub near Maidstone, which has had 2,538 page views.

The lease of The Hop Pole Inn, in Nettlestead, is up for sale for £90,000.

The business is run as a traditional country pub with a restaurant, serving an a la carte menu, bar meals and a daily carvery.

The listing says: "This is an excellent opportunity to purchase a well-established business in a village setting, which offers potential for future growth and improvement."

The dearest is Hunton Court, a three-storey Grade II-listed country house off West Street in Hunton, near Maidstone, which will set you back £12.5m.

It has eight bedrooms and five reception rooms, plus two gate lodges and a stable cottage – and there is 171 acres of land around the house that includes a walled garden and lakes, a swimming pool and tennis court.
