Michelle Gribbin, from Milton Regis, jailed for stealing items including pillows and duvets in Queenborough, Maidstone and Sittingbourne

A woman has been jailed after admitting shoplifting goods worth more than £3,000 – including more than £1,000 worth of pillows in one go.
Michelle Gribbin, of Dean Road, Milton Regis, pleaded guilty to six counts of shoplifting as she appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court.
Magistrates heard the 36-year-old stole perfume, razors, razor blades and anti-wrinkle cream worth £207 from a shop in Thomsett Way, Queenborough, on June 21.
In July, she took handbags worth £600 from a shop in St Peter’s Street, Maidstone, and returned four days later to take another one valued at £129.
On September 11, she stole a duvet and pillows worth £400 from a shop in Mill Way, Sittingbourne, going back on September 13 and taking pillows worth £1,119.84 from the same store.
She also went back the following day and took more pillows, a duvet, and bedspread worth £599.99.
Gribbin was sentenced to 135 days in prison and must pay a £115 victim surcharge.
