Church Lane in Newington, Sittingbourne to close for Network Rail works

A major village road is set to close due to work being carried out by Network Rail.
Church Lane in Newington, Sittingbourne is to shut on November 7.
The road, which connects to the High Street, will be closed between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
Vehicles will be unable to access the road near the railway bridge.
The alternative route for traffic is via A2 High Street, London Road, Hartlip Hill, Breach Lane, Boxted Lane, School Lane and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
